I’ve always been a “car guy”. I’ve had a Chevelle, a Mustang, several BMWs, a couple Lexus, a Corvette, 2 Jeeps and I currently drive a Tesla Model Y Performance. My wife, Jess, and I love the classic Ford Broncos, but nice ones are currently out of our reach. We had bid on a few, but were never able to get one.

In looking for other potential investment vehicles, we agreed upon the Land Rover Defender. Their value has steadily climbed since production of the classic Defender ended in 2016. Coil suspension with a 5-speed makes for a decent base to begin with. I found this ’87 on eBay and put in a bid of $30k and actually ended up winning it!
